Council Functions:

1- Enhance cooperation and coordination as well as exchange of expertise between federal and local judicial entities .

2- Consider common problems and challenges facing the two judicial authorities and propose the related proper solutions .

3- Have reciprocal advice on all matters relating to the applied administrative procedures in both justices and facilitate litigation procedures and mechanism of preparing, qualifying and training judges.

4- Strive to improve level of justice performance and justice administrators in such a manner that would keep up with international standards .

5- Endeavor to standardize legal principles and judgments passed on similar cases under investigation on the part of the two judicial authorities.
